Water film dust collector is a purification device that uses dusty gas to impact the inner wall or other special components of the dust collector and create a water film by some method, so that the dust is captured by the water film and the gas is purified. Including various classifications such as impact water film, inert (louver) water film, and centrifugal water film dust collector.
The principle of a water film dust collector is that the dust containing gas is introduced from the lower part of the cylinder in a tangential direction, rotates and rises, and the dust particles are separated by centrifugal force and thrown towards the inner wall of the cylinder. They are adsorbed by the water film layer flowing on the inner wall of the cylinder, and then discharged through the dust outlet along with the water flow to the bottom cone. The formation of the water film layer is achieved by several nozzles arranged at the upper part of the cylinder, which spray water tangentially onto the wall of the device. In this way, a thin water film that rotates downward is always covered on the inner wall of the cylinder, achieving the goal of improving the dust removal effect.
